Q: Why haven’t I received any emails from you?

Please check your Spam folder or inbox. It happens that sometimes our email mismarked as spam and blocked by users’ email filter system. We suggest you to add our email address to your contact list or address book to avoid missing Email messages from us.

Q: Must I register to order from you?

Yes. iLongSight.com supports guest checkout. Registering with iLongSight, however, allows us to provide you with better support and the whole registering process should take no more than 2 minutes. Also, you can check the order record after login at any time.

Q: I want to do business with you, but can I trust you?

iLongSight company is found in 2009, mainly engaged in Cell phone cases accessories and Consumer electronics wholesale business, we have over 10 years of export experiences, So far services 600+ shops and companies. So yes, iLongSight is trustable.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, International Bank Transfer, Alipay, Wechat Pay and more. Please select a payment method that fits for you before place an order.

Q: How to place an order?

After register an account and login. The customers choose the items you like, then submit them in the cart, we will send a PI to you confirm. When the payment is done, the box will be shipped and the tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Q: How to find products?

There are several options on finding the product that you are looking for.

1. Use the Search Box located on the page.

2. To view catalog – Browse Phone Cases/ Accessories using the top menu bar or the left menu bar.

3. Feel free to contact us if you cannot find the product you are looking for. We do accept custom orders.

Q: Can I buy one product?

Yes. We allow the customers to buy one unit for each model as samples. But it higher than the wholesale price, please understand. Minimum for an opening order is $150 (USD) per order. Minimum for re-order is $50 (USD) per order.

Q: Can I get a sample for FREE? I can buy more if the quality is good.

Sorry. we don’t give free samples.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

No. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Q: What are the shipping methods?

The package can be shipped by DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS/Sea transportation. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Tracking information is provided for all packages.

Q: Where can I download the product spread sheet?

We don’t provide the product sheet (price list). Customer can check the items and price on our website.

Q: How soon will you ship my order after I’ve made my payment?

DHL/UPS/FedEx express services in 3-5 days. EMS/mail postal service 8-25 days.

Q: What can I do with defective items?

Customer need takes pictures or video and sends to us to confirm if they are truly defective. After confirmation, you can get a refund, or ask for sending them again or combining them to the next new order.

Q: I’m interested in certain products but they are not listed on iLongSight.com. Since you are a professional supplier, can you source them for me?

Sure. Show us the product images as well as the description. It may take some time.

Q: Can your price be lower?

The price is generally lowered with the increase of quantity. So yes, the price can be lower but we need to know your order quantity or purchase plan first.
