iLongSight.com always try to provide high-quality products and perfect services to you and we have a QC team who tests your ordered products to make sure they are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. In addition to the normal quality assurance checks, all the goods have passed in the factory line.
However, when you need to return items to us in some cases, what can we do when we meet this situation? Here shows our warranty and return policy to protect your rights.
Remember to choose an inexpensive shipping method with an available tracking number to return the product if possible.
1. If your products purchased from iLongSight.com turn out to be defective (physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage excluded) within 7 days since original item’s first shipment date, you may return them for replacement or full refund.
2. If the products turn out to be defective (physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage excluded) after 30 days and within 90 days since original item’s first shipment date, Customers may mail the products back to us, and the defective item will only be replaced.
3. If the item becomes defective after 90 days since the original item’s first shipment date, customers will still be allowed to send the unit back to us. We will help forward the item to the factory for repair. Customers should cover the shipping cost both two ways and any cost incurred during the process of repair. If the item is un-repairable after being checked by the manufacturer, we will send it back to the customer.

Missing Item (Items missed completely or partially from an order)
4.iLongSight.com will ship the missing item to customer once we check it.
5. If the item is just out of stock, a full refund of the item’s price will be issued.
6. Customer should contact our Customer service within 7 days since shipment date when meet the problem.
Remember to keep the package if the “missing item” issue happens, because we may need it to solve your problem. Any confirmation that cannot be fulfilled successfully due to customers’ responsibility, iLongSight.com will refuse to solve this kind of problem. Please kindly provide us with proof as below:
1)The photos of the original package with front and back sides
2)The photos or video of the damaged item(s)
7. The customer is responsible for all customs and tax issues and verifying the accuracy of the address. If the package is returned due to any of the following reasons, a replacement will require a re-delivery fee and if you want a refund, a certain amount of delivery fee will be deducted according to the order value.
8. Any lingerie items, disposable and Clearance items that have been used do not qualify for a return or exchange (Excluding the quality-related issues).
9. We only accept products in their original packaging & conditions. We are not responsible for any breaking, scratches or losses caused by poor packing, unreasonable laying, or misused and assembled parts.
10. Returns should be made by mail postal service, no DHL, no UPS nor TNT. There must be a tracking number which could be followed on a related website. Otherwise, we’re not responsible for any duties on China’s side. Customer is responsible for the return postage and iLongSight.com responsible for re-sending postage.
11. iLongSight.com do not accept any return on special pre-order/pre-order/custom orders unless it is a defective quality caused internally. All closeout/clearance products are a final sale; no exchange, no refund, and no return. Prices are subject to change without notice.
